Water Damage Restoration

Extraction, containment and structural drying after a burst pipe, a failed valve or a storm, documented from the first hour for your insurer.

What it covers

The first hours decide how much of this becomes a rebuild

A burst pipe releases hundreds of litres before anyone finds it. Water travels along the path of least resistance, under finishes and into cavities, and every hour it sits is more material that has to come out later rather than be dried in place.

We isolate the source, contain the affected area so the rest of the building keeps operating, extract standing water and set drying equipment sized to the volume. Moisture readings are logged daily against an unaffected control area until the structure is genuinely dry, not just dry to the touch.

What the work includes
  • Source isolated and the affected area contained
  • Standing water extracted before it can migrate further
  • Dehumidifiers and air movers sized to the affected volume
  • Daily moisture readings logged against a dry control area
  • Floor and contents protection through circulation routes
  • Photographs and readings prepared for the insurer
  • Repair and rebuild by the same contractor, under one warranty

Questions

Water Damage Restoration, answered

We answer 24/7 and dispatch from Concord in Vaughan and from Hamilton. Our vehicles are stocked, so the first visit is a working visit rather than an assessment.

We document from the first hour, photographs, readings and scope, and provide it in the form adjusters expect. The claim is yours, but the evidence will be ready.

Usually not. We contain and zone the work so the rest of the building keeps operating, which is how we handle occupied lobbies, offices and residential towers.
