Roofing & Flat Roofing
Commercial flat roof systems and residential shingle roofing, repaired or replaced with a long-term solution rather than another patch.
Most roofs fail at the details, not in the middle
Curbs, vents, drains, parapets and changes of plane are where water gets its second chance. A roof can have years left in the field and still leak every spring because a detail was never done properly. That is the first thing we look at, and often the cheapest thing to fix.
When a roof genuinely is finished, we replace it as an assembly: deck repairs, tapered insulation that moves water to the drains, drains sized to the roof area, and a membrane with every penetration re-detailed. On occupied buildings we phase the work by zone so nothing is left open overnight.
What the work includes- Commercial flat roof replacement: modified bitumen, TPO and EPDM systems
- Tapered insulation design for positive drainage
- Roof drain replacement and sizing
- Parapet, curb, vent and flashing re-detailing
- Residential shingle roofing, repair and replacement
- Roof surveys and core samples with a written report
- Emergency tarping and leak response, 24/7

When a roof is telling you something
- Ponding water still sitting on the roof two days after rain
- Stains appearing on ceiling tiles, usually away from the actual leak
- Blistering, splitting or open seams in the membrane
- Patches on top of patches around the same curb or drain
- A roof over fifteen years old with no documented survey
Roofing & Flat Roofing, answered
It depends on what the survey finds. If the failures are at details and the field of the roof is sound, repairing is the right call and far cheaper. If the insulation is wet across the area, a repair is just a deposit on the replacement.
Yes. The roof is divided into zones and each zone is torn off, dried in and made watertight the same day, so tenants keep operating and the building is never open overnight.
Yes, 24/7. We tarp and make the roof watertight the same night, then come back in daylight to find the real entry point and carry out the permanent repair.
